CMAS Care Services was founded by Sophie, who brings over 20 years of experience as a nurse and midwife. Alongside this, she has worked as a Deputy Manager in a children’s home and successfully ran her own domiciliary care company.
Through these experiences, Sophie developed a deep understanding of the challenges young people face, particularly when transitioning into adulthood.
She recognised that while this stage of life can be difficult for any young person, it can be even more challenging without the right tools, guidance, and support network in place.
Driven by this understanding, Sophie established CMAS Care Services with a clear vision to provide young people with a safe, nurturing environment where they can truly thrive.
Together, Sophie and the CMAS team are passionate about delivering high-quality, person centred support that empowers young people to build confidence, develop essential life skills, and move forward positively.
Sophie's vision is that every young person who comes through our doors leaves feeling empowered, supported, and ready to live independently.
