Our Referral Process
We recognise that placing a young person into care is a significant responsibility. We work in close partnership with local authorities, families, and relevant professionals to ensure a coordinated and transparent approach at all times.

All referrals are managed efficiently and in line with appropriate procedures, ensuring that each young person receives timely and suitable support based on their individual needs.

Our comprehensive referral and assessment process ensures that each young person is matched with the most appropriate service from the very beginning.
This will maximise the potential for placement stability and ensure that the young person's needs are met and any risks are managed appropriately
We provide a minimum staffing ratio of 1:1 for young people with emotional, social, and behavioural needs. Where required, 2:1 support can be implemented to ensure safety, maintain placement stability, and support the development of effective care plans. Our service also includes waking night staff to provide ongoing support and supervision.
